Mindful Eating Tracking Template
This template is designed to help you become aware of your daily eating habits and keep a record of your food and liquid intake. You can use it in an electronic format or print a copy according to your preferences.
Once you agree on your list of foods, personalize the sheet by writing the name of the day, such as 'Mar 8' for Tuesday, March 8, and fill in the rest of the days.
Every time you have a meal, simply place a dot, checkmark, dash, or the symbol you prefer in the corresponding box for the food you've consumed. For example, if you drink 2 glasses of water, place two dots in the boxes in the 'water' row. If you eat chicken with vegetables, mark the boxes in the 'vegetables' and 'chicken' rows.
The primary idea is for you to review this list regularly to become mindful of your daily intake. You can assess whether you're consuming enough vegetables, drinking sufficient water, or perhaps overindulging in foods like bread. This list will serve as a valuable reference of your eating patterns, and you can share it with a healthcare professional, such as a nutritionist or coach, if desired.
It's important to note that this sheet is not intended to be a personalized dietary guide. If you need specific dietary guidance, we recommend consulting with a nutritionist. This template is a tool to raise awareness of your food choices and track your progress toward more mindful and healthier eating.
